All in person doula support includes:
Resources and evidence-based information so you can make informed choices, Partner/Doula Exercises where we discuss massage techniques and ways to help you manage pain.
24/7 On Call Support beginning at 38 weeks,
A TENS unit rental.
You will also receive Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after baby is born to establish bond, breastfeeding and healing.
We will discuss Spinning Babies techniques with every prenatal visit. It is vital that you understand where your baby is and how balance, movement and gravity can bring your baby into this world.
