My experience with Meg was nothing short of excellence. From beginning to end she was there for me and my family. As someone who struggles with anxiety and white coat syndrome, having that support throughout my pregnancy was critical. Meg was so understanding of my needs. When my anxiety would get the best of me she was always there with reliable factual information that always managed to calm my nerves. It is so easy to go own a rabbit hole of labor horror stories but Meg always ALWAYS kept me on the right track. When it came time to deliver my baby girl, she was there through it all. As a first time mom, my labor was 12 hours and I truly believe Meg had a lot to do with that. She massaged me through the night, used spinning baby techniques to get the baby in the best possible position, and her words were so encouraging. I never once felt scared or overwhelmed. The postpartum visits were a LIFE SAVER. She would come and cook warm delicious meals, taught me how to wear my baby, gave amazing breastfeeding advice, and I was able to nap! For anyone considering hiring a doula, Meg is the best you will find. She is passionate about her work and will make you and your family feel right at home in a realm that may not feel so familiar. This is her lifes work and it shows! - Carrie M.
